The count is built from the public agent directories of 15 brokerage brands operating in Washington, led by Keller Williams, Coldwell Banker, Real Brokerage and RE/MAX. Brands that publish no directory, and independent brokerages outside those networks, are not counted, so the true number of working agents is higher than the figure on this page; the ranking of brokerages and cities is among the networks we can see.
