Where the data comes from
The count is built from the public agent directories of 12 brokerage brands operating in Utah, led by Real Brokerage, Keller Williams, Coldwell Banker and Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices. Brands that publish no directory, and independent brokerages outside those networks, are not counted, so the true number of working agents is higher than the figure on this page; the ranking of brokerages and cities is among the networks we can see.
Every agent counted here has a published email address; that is the inclusion rule. The contact file itself, one row per agent, is sold as the Utah realtor email list at usrealtorlist.com, which is where these counts are drawn from.
