The count is built from the public agent directories of 14 brokerage brands operating in Pennsylvania, led by Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, Keller Williams, Coldwell Banker and RE/MAX. Brands that publish no directory, and independent brokerages outside those networks, are not counted, so the true number of working agents is higher than the figure on this page; the ranking of brokerages and cities is among the networks we can see.
