Share is a brokerage's agents divided by the city's agents whose profile names a brokerage. A company that publishes no individual office names appears as one row covering all its offices in that city. The figure is share of counted agents, not of listings sold.
The per-agent rows behind every number here are the product of usrealtorlist.com, which sells them as state-by-state realtor email lists. This tool publishes aggregates only.

- How is market share calculated here?
- Share is a brokerage's agents in the city divided by the agents in that city whose profile names a brokerage. It is share of counted agents, not share of transactions or of sales volume, which are different measures and are not published here.
- Where do the numbers come from?
- From the brokerages' own public agent directories, counted on September 5, 2026. An agent is included when their profile is live on the day of the count. Independent brokerages outside the networks we read are not counted, so this ranks the networks that can be seen rather than every licensee in the city.
- Can I use these figures?
- Yes. They are free to quote with a link to this page. Each city result has its own address, so a citation can point at the exact number rather than the whole tool.
